A coach and personal trainer who believes moving should feel welcoming.

I started Maeya Studio because so many people I knew said the same thing — "I'd love to play padel, or start training, but I'm scared of looking silly." That's not the right reason to miss out on something you might fall in love with.

I coach beginners with patience and personality — on the padel court and in the gym. And I built a private portal so my clients get real feedback, drills and plans between sessions, not just in them.
